Janet L. Scheiwe, C.P.M.
|
Janet L. Scheiwe, C.P.M.,
is a recognized leader in the development and implementation of
e-Procurement and Supply Chain Management initiatives within the food and
beverage industry. As
President of The JPS Group, she provides clients with a strategic,
tactical and “hands on” approach towards optimizing their program
investment and performance.
Jan has a rich background spanning twenty-five
years of industrial and retail procurement and supply chain management.
Prior to forming her own e-Procurement consulting firm, she served as
Procurement Manager for Guinness / United Distillers and Vintners North
America (the core of Diageo, one of the world’s foremost consumer goods
companies). During this tour, Jan was awarded the prestigious John G.
Martin award for excellence in creating customer inspired business
improvements.
A lifetime Certified Purchasing Manager, Jan
has also served as President of the NAPM Metro Detroit chapter and as a
NAPM District Chair member. She is also a frequent seminar host, TV guest
and conference speaker.
Recently, Jan has directed several supplier
enablement initiatives, and supply chain and category management
integration programs for clients. She also successfully facilitated
several supplier-sourcing campaigns. |

George Coundouriotis
|
George Coundouriotis is a
strategic purchasing professional with over thirteen years experience in
both corporate and small company environments.
Prior to joining The JPS Group, L.L.C., George was Purchasing
Director at Georgia Pacific Corporation, responsible for establishing
strategy and conducting negotiations for finishing products in the
Consumer Products / Packaging and Building Products Divisions.
He led a cross-functional team of twelve operational managers to
put in place long-term contracts, and achieve double-digit total cost
savings.
George helped form and
develop the WorldCrest Group, Inc., a B2B exchange funded by Kohlberg
Kravis Roberts & Co. Prior
to WorldCrest, George spent ten years with Central Purchasing, Ford Motor
Company, where he ultimately served as the Purchasing Manager responsible
for Ford Motor’s tire spend of over $1 billion.
George holds a dual
Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Economics and Religion from the College of
William and Mary in Virginia, and an MBA from Georgetown Business School.

Lori Sisk, C.P.M., A.P.P.
|
Ms. Sisk was a Senior
Manager in the Cleveland Area Consulting Practice of Cap Gemini Ernst
& Young, prior to joining The JPS Group.
She has over fifteen years of extensive supply chain experience in
automotive, retail, consumer products and the aerospace industries, with
service in Europe, Asia, Canada and Mexico.
She has also worked at AutoAlliance, TRW and V.S.S.I.
Lori specializes in the development of strategic sourcing initiatives,
which include: commodity
profiles, supplier evaluations, supplier development, procedure and
policy redesign, and cost reduction programs.
As
a former NAPM regional President and currently on the Advisory board,
she is also an adjunct professor at Wayne State University where she
teaches Graduate level Strategic Purchasing.
She has taught the C.P.M. (Certified Purchasing Manager) review
courses, is a published author of articles for ISM’s (Institute of
Supply Management) magazine, and is a frequent speaker for Purchasing
Management Association of Canada and ISM/NAPM .
She also volunteers for organizations such as The Cancer Society,
Multiple Sclerosis Society, Juvenile Diabetes, Red Cross and Toys for
Tots.
Lori received a BSBA
and MBA from Bowling Green State University and received her C.P.M. in
1992.

Benjamin E. Scheiwe
|
Benjamin E. Scheiwe brings
a wide variety of experiences to the team.
During his twenty-seven year career in the consumer-services and
automotive engineering communities, he has served in management positions
at FTD International and General Motors and executive positions at Autofab,
Inc., AVS, Roush Industries and was recently president of Borlatech, Inc.
Following graduation from
Western Michigan University, he served as an officer in The US Army.
While at GM, he worked at the Pontiac Motor Division in Finance,
Engineering, Motorsports, Product Planning and with GM, on the Corporate
Tax Staff and with International Product Programs.
He was also instrumental in conceiving the Pontiac Motorsports
Program.
As Director of Prototype
Engineering at Autofab, Inc., he was responsible for a variety of GM
outsourced car / truck body engineering programs and operations. Years later, he co-founded the AVS Wire Formed Products, an
automotive parts manufacturer. Having
sold the company, he was recruited to Roush Industries as an executive
committee member and Director of Operations.
He was responsible for all operational aspects of outsourced
prototype engineering, design, and long lead vehicle builds for certain
Ford passenger car, truck, advanced powertrain and European automotive /
truck platforms. His role
also included management responsibility for component parts logistical
programs, and aftermarket parts development, manufacturing, testing and
distribution.
Ten years later, he assumed
the helm as President of Borlatech, Inc., a California manufacturer of
metallic substrates for catalytic devices.
The subsequent sale of the company returned him to Michigan where
is now COO of The JPS Group, providing corporate consulting services for
business operations, manufacturing, engineering services, sales and
marketing.
He has also served as
a board member for Junior Achievement, Chairman of the Motorsports Museum
and Hall of Fame, and committee chairman for multiple automotive
associations. He has written
magazine articles for over eleven publications and has taught Automotive
Technology at Washtenaw Community College, Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Joshua S. Dennis
|
Joshua S. Dennis, has diversified
experience within the automotive, consumer packaged goods and retail
industries. He has provided financial and information systems management
and technical expertise, to small, service based businesses through
Fortune 500 manufacturers. Joshua holds an MBA from Indiana
University, has passed the CPA exam and has been formally trained in the
Ariba and SAP software solutions.
Most recently, Joshua was a Management
Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in supply chain
management for several international corporations. He has assumed
leadership roles through all phases of both financial and technological
projects including: Internet development with leading technologies,
financial process re-engineering, and software selection and
implementation.
Joshua has considerable experience in
e-Procurement supplier enablement. He has coordinated the development of
web-based xml integration between suppliers and customers, analyzed
supplier candidates and led functional / content testing that has resulted
in the successful deployment of enterprise e-Procurement software. Joshua
regularly leads supplier summit presentations and workshops with a
multitude of clients.
